This offsite was run in summer 2022 for a tech start up which wanted to bring its 150 international staff together in person for the first time since growing as a company.

The five day off-site was held in the picturesque village of Petritoli in the Marche region. Once the venue was chosen by the client, I project managed the process of arranging international travel, transfers, accommodation and catering for all guests. I also created an agenda which included a conference as well as social events and activities during which the attendees were able to unwind and get to know one another better.

Guests were treated to authentic Italian cuisine throughout the week, a dinner party in the piazza, local activities including pizza making classes, olive oil/cheese tasting, e-bike tours and wine tasting. The week was brought to a close with an “Ibizan style” dinner beach party and a fireworks display on the Adriatic coast.
